Numerically controlled multifunction CONTOURING MILLING MACHINE with 2 toupie milling heads and one vertical milling unit.
GC1 CN 2F 1U contouring machine is the special solution made for profiling/contouring and milling the channel for cylinder joint, on the elements of cable reels.

Strengths

The rotation of the workpiece table, synchronized to the two toupie milling heads, enables high removal profiling, providing higher productivity than conventional working centers.  The vertical milling unit performs, simultaneously with profiling, the channel for the cable reel joint.
The working units are automatically positioned by NC, shaping the finished elements without the use of copying templates and with zero set-up time.
The touch screen panel automation system manages the machining speed, automatically slowing down at critical points. This will result in high-quality, high-productivity milling with total absence of vibration, even in the case of heavy removal.
The large tools that can be mounted allow, in some cases, overlapping machining of several elements, thus multiplying the machine’s productivity. The machine is set up to be serviced by robots.
