ZGS ZGD

Description and processes

Single side or double side KNURLING MACHINE for wood spindles and tenons.

The ZGS and ZGD knurling machines are used for knurling the ends of round fuselli or flat tenons of chairs, beds or cots.

These processed elements promote a superior resistance in the joints, improving glue distribution on surfaces. During the processing, the wood fibers are preserved unaltered, thanks to the special roller rifling.

In the ZGD version the knurling is automatically performed on both ends. The machine is equipped with automatic loader for large series production.

Strengths

Round or flat elements can be machined on the same machine. The knurling rollers are adjustable for various sizes.

The special processing of knurled rollers preserves the integrity of the wood fibers.
